“Roberts Rankings”-Boys Basketball

I was talking with Berks Catholic head coach Snip Esterly recently, and he mentioned that I haven’t posted rankings for awhile. Well Snip, ask and you shall receive! The truth is that I wanted a larger sample size of games to better evaluate all of the teams. Without further ado, here are my rankings for the Berks Basketball Conference. Remember that no matter where your favorite team is ranked, the sun will come out tomorrow!

The top two squads in my poll square off tonight. I’ll be at the Geigle Complex with live updates! Reading has won six straight against Berks Catholic. The Saints’ last victory over the Red Knights was in the Berks County Championship on February 14, 2018. B.C. prevailed 51-46. Wilson hosts Exeter on Friday. Fleetwood entertains (11-4) Schuylkill Valley this Friday as well. As you will see, my preseason rankings turned out to be extremely accurate. There have been very few changes in my poll. Of course, a lot of big games are coming up.
