Nevin Carter-Wyomissing

The Spartans are well known for running the rock in their Wing-T offense. When they do throw, 6’3 senior WR Nevin Carter is a nice target. I asked Carter about making the transition to WR. He said playing basketball has helped him. Carter talked about his chemistry with junior QB Ben Zechman. Carter told me that junior OL/DL Jven Williams is the real deal. Carter is a three-year starter at CB. Wyomissing is undefeated and ranked third in the state in Class 3A. The Spartans have a tough test on Friday at Southern Columbia. Carter said his teammates are well aware of the Tigers’ 65-game winning streak, and they’re looking forward to the competition! I also talked to Carter about his favorite class.
