Jeff Chillot-Hamburg

This is Jeff Chillot’s 30th season as a football coach. He spent 15 years at the college level as an assistant at Albright and Kutztown. Chillot was the head coach at Schuylkill Valley for the past twelve seasons. He guided the Panthers to the District 3 playoffs five times. Chillot is now the head coach at Schuylkill Valley’s biggest rival. He told me that making the transition to Hamburg hasn’t been easy. Chillot took over for Chuck Kutz who stepped down after five seasons. We talked about 6’4 junior quarterback Xander Menapace and three-year starter Diohnny Ruiz. Chillot also mentioned some of the Hawks’ unsung heroes. Speaking of heroes, I found out that Chillot is a big fan of Marvel movies.
