Rick Perez-Reading

Rick Perez has won two state championships, three District 3 titles, and four Berks County championships over the past decade. He’s a two-time Pennsylvania Coach of the Year award winner. Perez has a record of 223-69 over the past ten seasons with the Red Knights. He told me about his program’s culture and the Reading fan base at a ring ceremony in City Park. Perez also spoke about the 1-2 punch of Ruben Rodriguez and Daniel Alcantara. Plus, we looked ahead to next season’s Reading-Muhlenberg matchup.
