Steve Beatty is in his second year at the helm of the Fleetwood football team. He told me that things are running more smoothly now, and the players have adjusted to his coaching style. The Tigers defeated Annville-Cleona 38-14 last week to even their record at (1-1). I asked Beatty what it was like playing on a Thursday. We talked about the keys in this Friday’s matchup with Upper Perkiomen, and what the Tigers need to improve on. Beatty believes his defense is much better this season.
