Gavin Lenart-Wilson

Gavin Lenart and Jadyn Jones form a powerful 1-2 punch in the Wilson backfield. Lenart averaged 7 yards on his 33 carries last season with 4TD. He said the Bulldogs have “the best running back duo in the state.” Lenart’s dad, Joe, was a captain on Wilson’s 1990 District 3 championship team, but Gavin isn’t too impressed, haha. Gavin described the emotions of a Friday night game at John Gurski Stadium in West Lawn. He also talked about how playing lacrosse has helped him in football. Oh, he has no plans for cutting his hair!
