Exeter blew out South Western 56-3 in the opening round of the District 3-5A tournament at Don Thomas Stadium. The (10-1) Eagles visit #1 seed New Oxford next Friday night.

Schuylkill Valley rolled over Littlestown 55-13 in Leesport. The (9-2) Panthers were in front 42-0 at halftime. They’ve won eight games in a row. Schuylkill Valley goes to second-seeded Trinity next Friday for a District 3-3A semifinal.

Berks Catholic also advanced in the Class 3A bracket. The (7-4) Saints cruised past Biglerville 48-7. They head to top-seeded Bermudian Springs next Friday.

Muhlenberg defeated William Allen 24-0 in the Eastern Conference 5A/6A Championship. The game was stopped with ten minutes remaining after a fight broke out on the Canaries’ sideline. The Muhls end the season with a record of (4-7).

Hamburg lost 41-0 at North Pocono in the Eastern Conference 4A Championship. The Hawks finish (6-5).

Wilson, Conrad Weiser, Wyomissing, and Twin Valley all received byes this week.

Twin Valley handled Daniel Boone 42-6 in Birdsboro. The Raiders bounced back after two losses in a row. The Blazers finished (1-9).

Gov. Mifflin got tripped up at Ephrata 35-21. The Mustangs dropped to (5-5).

Reading lost at Hempfield 42-18. The Red Knights go (2-8) in 2024.

Undefeated Conestoga Valley wrapped up the Section 2 title with a 52-22 victory over Muhlenberg. The Muhls concluded the season with a (3-7) record.

Twin Valley got blown out at Lampeter-Strasburg 62-14. Both teams were ranked in the top 10 in the state in Class 4A by PennLive. The (7-2) Raiders have lost two in a row.

Gov. Mifflin blew out Lebanon 56-18 in Shillington. The Cedars have dropped 40 consecutive games. The Mustangs have split their eight contests.
