They beat up on small schools which generally have rosters half the size of Wyo’s – Yes, Wyo is technically a small school, but it has outsized rosters due to unusually high participation rates. If PIAA were fair, Wyo SHOULD be playing at 5A levels. I doubt Wyo is better than either Exeter or Wilson who actually play tough scedules.
